People decide to run for office for many different reasons, for the paycheck, to feel important, they have an agenda, they have an issue that concerns them, etc., but every once in a while we have a candidate like Benny Carter, who has a true servants heart.  Benny Carter has volunteered his time to multiple organizations for the last 18 years.  Benny Carter wants to be the next District 3 County Commissioner for one reason and that is that he feels he can make a difference.  We agree!
